Returns/Exchanges

All items are sold AS IS, with no warranties.  The Show Trunk strives to accurately describe and depict all items listed for sale in the Shop. If a received item is not as described, please contact Customer Service at 858-999-7469 or send us a message here and we will strive to resolve the issue.  

Customers have seven (7) days from receipt of merchandise to evaluate fit.  The seven (7) day Saddle Trial Policy can be found here.  To initiate a return of merchandise, contact us within the return window for return instructions.  All merchandise must be in like condition as received by the customer.  New items must have tags still attached and in the original packaging.  A 5% restocking fee will apply to all merchandise returns (excepting saddles, please see Saddle Trial Policy for restocking fees).  The customer is responsible for any damages to the equipment or apparel during the return shipment.  Restocking fees will be waived with exchanges for items with the same or greater value.  No refunds on shipping will be provided.   *Due to safety reasons, all helmets are final sale.  Please ensure the size is correct before ordering.

If you are requesting a return outside of this window, the item does not have original tags, has been damaged, or has excessive use, no refund will be given. However, the item may be eligible for reconsignment.  Please contact us to inquire about consigning the item with us.
